Over 200 Realtors recently came together for a training conference organized by Realty Executives New Jersey at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Fairfield.

Speakers at the conference included Richard Rector, President and CEO for Realty Executives International, Phoenix Arizona, Michael Martella, Regional Director for Realtor.com, West Village Lake, California, Sam Herrera, Director of National Accounts for Zillow, Seattle Washington and Tom Marinaro, President of Residential Home Funding, Parsippany.

“The objective of the meeting was to bring together leaders in the real estate industry, who have collaborated with Realty Executives, to educate our associates on the finest internet tools available to Realtors today for marketing our clients homes” said Doug Radford, President of Realty Executives New Jersey. “We are extremely excited to announce that our affiliations will provide all of our seller clients with Showcase Properties on Realtor.com, with Premium Listing status on Trulia and now with Zillow Pro status on Zillow. All internet marketing is not equal. With 90 percent of all buyers starting their home search on line, Realty Executives’ commitment to our seller clients is to provide dominant positioning and maximum consumer exposure for their homes on the internet. By joining forces with the three largest real estate sites, we are confident that we will be able achieve our goal of selling our clients homes for the highest possible price in the least amount of time.”

According to Radford, “We believe that todays buyers deserve direct access to the listing agent of the property they are inquiring without being screened through a call center. We want the buying process to be a positive and seamless experience for the buyer. We are the only real estate company in New Jersey where every property listing has direct contact information for the listing agent on all three of theseleading internet sites.”

Following the presentations, the group proceeded to a catered reception and vendor expo.
