— Sparta residents entering PreK-6th grade in the Fall of 2017 are invited to participate in the Summer Reading Program at Sparta Public Library. The theme is “Build a Better World.”

Online registration opens on June 1st at www.spartalibrary.com and continues through the duration of the program. Even though the program will not officially kick off until July 6th, eager readers can begin logging online July 1st.

The summer reading program will officially kick off on July 6th at 11:00 a.m. with Mad Science. Activities are scheduled from July 10th through Aug. 11th for all participants including, Builder’s Cart, Movie Matinees, Screen Free Time, Family Storytime, and Lego Brick Building.
