AUGUSTA — It will be a little bit of country, a little bit of rock and roll, and a whole lotta mouthwatering ribs on the menu as the 9th annual Rock, Ribs & Ridges music and food festival fires up the outdoor concert season. Country music superstar Travis Tritt, The Outlaws, and Foghat head a list of 9 bands performing over 2 days.

25-year-old pitmaster Alyson Lupinetti of Butch’s Smack Your Lips BBQ in Mt. Laurel became the festival’s first-ever female “Best Rib” champion last year; she’ll be back manning the smokers as will 5-time champion Texas Smoke BBQ of Jefferson Township and 3 other top rib teams from around the country competing in a juried rib cook-off and serving up great BBQ for those in attendance. Brisket, pulled pork, chicken, craft beer and more!
