I’d like to take this opportunity to recognize our Sussex County Department of Health and Human Services for their help and support. As many know, selling a house with a septic system can, at times, be daunting. However, Inspector Zerlina MacDonald clearly communicated the steps involved in the process of replacing and upgrading our system. She answered all questions thoroughly, and at a time when we needed the Certificate of Compliance, Zerlina made it a point get it to us as quickly as humanly possible. I’d like to also recognize Maureen who when all the pieces of the as-built came together, assured me that prompt attention would be given, and it was. She followed up with me the next day asking if I had received the Certificate. A special thank you to our Sussex County Department of Health and Human Services employees.
