Sparta Day 2019
There was perfect weather for Sparta Day. From Boy Scout Troop training courses, to information tables with local resources, to delicious foods, there was something for everyone.

Residents had fun at Sparta Day on Saturday, June 1. The tradition of Sparta Day began in 1975 and this year's event was filled with vendors, live entertainment, information tables with local resources, public safety demonstrations, children's activities, and much more. The event is free, thanks to the Sparta Parks and Recreation Department, with the support of local civics groups including the Junior Woman's Club of Sparta, and thanks to sponsors including Franklin Sussex Auto Mall, and Eastern Propane.
