Forsgate Country Club to hold Easter Brunch

Forsgate Country Club is planning a festive brunch to celebrate Easter on Sunday, April 12 and the public is invited to join members for an extensive offering of delicious buffet selections. The menu includes leg of lamb with rosemary and garlic, grilled salmon with lemon dill sauce, prime rib, spiral baked ham, confetti quinoa stuffed chicken, in addition to brunch favorites such as Belgian waffles with berries and whipped cream, French toast, eggs and omelets. Smoked salmon, cheeses, fruit, salads and baked goods round out the generous assortment of food.

Easter brunch hours are 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Non-member pricing is $43.95 for adults and $21.95 for children ages 4-12. Tax and gratuity will be added. All children ages 3 and under eat for free.
