Godspell Auditions

North Star Theater Company is collaborating with Our Lady of the Lake in Sparta for the musical, "Godspell." Auditions will be held on Thursday, Jan. 2, and Friday, Jan. 3, from 6:30 to 9 pm, at the North Star Theater Company Studio, 21 Kennedy Avenue in Ogdensburg. (In basement of the First Presbyterian Church.) High School to adults are welcome to audition.

Auditions: 6:30 pm singing audition. Prepare a song from Godspell and bring either a karaoke track or sheet music. At 7:30 pm there will be a dance audition, followed by reading from the script at 8:15 pm. For singing in the ensemble, you will only need to be at the singing portion of it. There will be a "Godspell Choir" for the show.

Godspell will take place at the altar of Our Lady of the Lake on Friday, March 13, Saturday March 14, Sunday, 15 and Wednesday, March 18. For tickets visit: http://www.northstar.booktix.com/.

The show is produced by Jodi Halteman, Godspell and will be directed by Allison Ognibene. Music Direction is by Dr. Deborah Gianuzzi, Choreographed by Kelly Dacus-Smith, Stage Manager Chrissy Fulmer and Technical Direction by John Kollar.
