March 24 is "The Great American Take Out" Day

Applebee’s locations in New Jersey are asking their communities to participate in The Great American Takeout on Tuesday, March 24. New Jersey has deemed restaurants as essential businesses as outlined here, so in accordance with local government protocol, Applebee’s locations are open for delivery and takeout. During The Great American Takeout, people are encourage to order at least one delivery or pick-up meal to show support for the restaurant community as it has been struggling as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

Additionally, this is a great time to take advantage of the gdeals the restaurant is offering right now: Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar announced they will be offering free delivery on Applebees.com from locations owned and operated by Doherty Enterprises in New Jersey, Florida, Georgia and on Long Island.
