Blessed Kateri Knights induct new officers

The Blessed Kateri Knights of Columbus Council #13677 recently inducted its newly elected officers for the 2012-13 Columbian year.
Congratulations to Mike Sawey (Grand Knight), Frank Masters (Deputy Grand Knight), Jim Brocato (Chancellor), Werner Kuenzle (Warden), Randy Booth (Recorder), Jerry Scanlan (Lector), John Pappalardo (Treasurer), John Lucas (Inside Guard), Vince Bell (Outside Guard) and Tom Gibbons (Advocate).
Chip Leiher will serve as Financial Secretary and report directly to Knights of Columbus Headquarters in New Haven, Conn. The council’s trustees are past Grand Knights Nick Cutrone, Joe Deluca and Bob Medina.
Father Patrick Rice, pastor of Blessed Kateri and chaplain for the Paterson Federation of Knights, offered a special prayer and blessing to the new officers. The installation ceremony was led by Knight Jerry Medina from the Monsignor Sheerin Assembly in Florham Park and Don Reichert (past Grand Knight) from Marquette Council #588 in Sparta.
