Local woman earns physical therapy doctorate

SPARTA — Kristen Lewandowski, of Sparta, was recently awarded the Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University in a hooding ceremony in August in Nashville, Tenn.

Lewandowski completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware in 2011 and graduated from Sparta High School in 2007.

She accepted a position with ATI Physical Therapy in Milford, Delaware.

She is the daughter of Steve and Jane Lewandowski, of Sparta.
