Janice C. Stevens of Newton, N.J., was born on Sept. 27, 1960, and passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday July 26, at 4:30 p.m. at Perona Farms, 350 Andover-Sparta Road, Andover, N.J.
