Maria Conde of Boca Raton, Fla., passed away on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at her residence in Boca Raton. She was 89.
She was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, to the late Gregorio and Juanita (Muniz) Irizarry. Mrs. Conde lived in Passaic, N.J., and Henryville, Pa., before moving to Boca Raton.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 62 years, Roberto, in 2018. Mrs. Conde is survived by her sons, Roberto Conde Jr. and his wife Debra of Hollywood, Fla., and Edwin Conde Sr. and his wife, Maritza, of Vernon, N.J.; daughters, Mildred Conde Solovsky of Rutherford, N.J., Margarita Conde-Stackpole and her husband, Robert, of Vernon, and Maria Patricia Bjornstad and her husband, Petter, of Boca Raton; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Private graveside services for the family were held at Fairview Cemetery in Wantage, N.J. Funeral arrangements were made by Pinkel Funeral Home, Sussex, N.J.
