Paul LoPresti Jr. of Hardyston, N.J., passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021. He was 76.

Born to Paul and Anna LoPresti in Passaic, N.J., he had lived in Little Falls, N.J., Chicago, Ill., Plymouth, Minn., and Ormond Beach, Fla., before moving to the Crystal Springs section of Hardyston in October 2020.

Paul received his associate’s degree in business from Montclair College and then worked in marketing for Harcourt Brace Jovanovich in Saddle Brook, N.J., then S&H Citadel in Metuchen, N.J., and Chicago before retiring as director of marketing from Carlson Marketing Group in Minneapolis, Minn., in 2002 after 40 years in the industry. Paul was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed gardening. He was a doting husband, father and grandfather and best friend to his dog, Cody.

Paul is predeceased by his son, Paul LoPresti in 1994.

He is the beloved husband of Eileen LoPresti (nee Keller) of Hardyston; devoted father of Donna Perry and her husband, John of Vernon; loving grandfather of Sean Perry and his wife, Alyssa, Ryan and Troy Perry; dear brother of Charles LoPresti and his wife, Marilyn, of Maywood, N.J., and Phyllis Riccardi and her husband, John, of Clifton, N.J.; cherished uncle of Adam and his wife, Kathryn, Kevin and his wife, Kelly and John and his fiancée, Jeanne. He is also survived by several grandnieces and grandnephews.

Private cremation services are under the direction of Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home, Vernon, N.J. A Memorial Mass will be scheduled for a later date. Memorial gifts to the Vernon Township Animal Shelter, 3 Riggs Way, Vernon, NJ 07462 would be greatly appreciated.
