K.E.E.P. Schedules Sale August 24-25

The K.E.E.P., Inc. Board of Directors has designated Saturday, August 24 and Sunday, August 25 from 9 am to 5 pm, as an opportunity for other centers and the general public to participate in a liquidation sale of its many child care and office assets. The sale will be held at 99 Demarest Road in Sparta, rain or shine. Board

President Barbara Vandenbergh, in announcing the sale, expressed sincere gratitude to all those who have stood by K.E.E.P. during this difficult time, donating time, energy and, in many cases, money.

Vandenbergh said, "Liquidating a business is always a daunting task but this is made all the more difficult because K.E.E.P. meant so much to us personally and to the families and communities we served for so many years. We are doing our best to honor all our financial obligations to our employees, our families and our creditors. This sale will help us do that and will, of course, benefit those who purchase items at a fair price.”

Items for sale include classroom furniture (tables and stackable children’s chairs, great for other centers or church schools), bookcases, cribs, strollers, high chairs, microwaves, books, toys, playground equipment, fencing, playground mulch, gym mats, guitars, etc.

Office equipment includes miscellaneous furniture, computer monitors, a large capacity Kyocera color copier/printer/scanner with network capability, fax machine, shredder, stand alone printers, paper folding machine and much, more. First come first served.

Cash and carry. Checks will be accepted for purchases over $500, with proper ID.
