    On 3-17-20, a Byram Twp. Police Officer who was working an intoxicated driver enforcement detail observed a vehicle traveling 12 MPH under the speed limit on Rt. 206. A motor vehicle stop was conducted and while speaking to the driver, Samantha A. Coyle of Randolph, the officer smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle produced a package of marijuana edibles as well as a marijuana grinder. Coyle was arrested and transported to the station where she was charged with the following and released pending a mandatory Andover-Joint Municipal Court date:

    Possession of Under 5g of Hashish

    Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

    Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in a Motor Vehicle
