Sparta Elks and Sparta Township are invited the community to participate in the annual 9/11 Memorial Ceremony held in front of municipal hall at 6: 30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2019. Civic organizations were invited to display their flag and to lay a wreath.
