    On 10/22/19 at 11:20 p.m., Ptl. Jared Zappa stopped a motor vehicle for speeding northbound on Main Street. (S.H. 206).

    Investigation resulted in the driver, identified as Peter Domilski, age 27, of Meadowbrook Way, Vernon, N.J. being arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated and being in possession of suspected marijuana. Also, numerous open containers of alcoholic beverages were present within the interior of the vehicle.

    As a result, Domilski was charged with the following offenses:N.J.S. 2C:35-10a(4) Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Marijuana) (Disorderly Persons Offense)

    Additionally, he was issued summonses for:39:4-50 Driving While Intoxicated Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence39:4-50g(1) Driving While Intoxicated in a School Zone39:4-50-2 Refusal to Submit to Breath Samples39:4-49.1 Possession of C.D.S. in a motor vehicle39:4-98 Speeding39:4-51b Open Container of alcohol in a motor vehicle39:3-29b Failure to possess a registration card39:3-29c Failure to possess an insurance card

    Domilski was released pending an 11/12/19 appearance in Newton Municipal Court.
