A most divisive issue in our society,
Abortion must be discussed with piety.
I need not hear your self-righteous vitriol,
Rather the woman’s voice that it does befall.
So many non-medical abortion experts:
Lawyers, politicians and the religious subverts.
Abortion should not be a win-lose situation,
But need be a win-win accommodation.
Men should not judge a woman’s vexation,
For we are the perpetrators of this situation!
This issue we must confront with reality
And realize the challenge it is for all humanity.
As fanatic an anti-abortionist you may be,
Have Grace for the woman confronting this travesty!
