A different take on tradition

Janice Ramsay, a member of the Ringwood Garden Club, stands in front of the Peacock tree that she designed for the historic room that the garden club decorated for the Holiday Open House event held recently in the New Jersey Botanical Garden. The unexpected and nontraditional amethyst, emerald, and sapphire hues knocked visitors’ socks off as they made their way through the parlor, savoring the gorgeous Christmas décor inspired and interpreted by Ramsay.
