Three award winning artists, members of the National Association of Women Artists, will give free talks and workshops for public during the 44th Hilltop Annual Art Show Fundraiser on Dec. 3, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
The art show is also open and free for public on Dec. 4, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
