Businesswoman gives talk

    SUSSEX COUNTY-Deborah E. Bifulco, president and founder of Bifulco Business Solutions, was the guest speaker at the recent dinner meeting of the Sussex-Warren chapter of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners. Bifulco spoke on the topic of "Extreme Communications." In her presentation, she discussed some of the fundamentals of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) as they relate to communications. She talked about the different ways in which people process information and how the each person can adapt his or her style to communicate more effectively with others. NLP is a widely recognized, if controversial, communications technology. "Whether someone is trying to explain a new business concept or tell someone about a great restaurant, it is helpful to be able to communicate in a way that the listeners can relate to and understand" Deborah Bifulco specializes in management consulting and advisory services for owners of small businesses.
