Christmas dinner, caroling and donations at Sussex UMC

Sussex — The Sussex United Methodist Church will hold their its third annual Christmas Dinner Theater program, "The Gift of a Son," on Sunday, Dec. 18 at 5:30 p.m. in the church's fellowship hall. There is no charge for the potluck supper, but attendees are urged to bring a dish to share. This year's celebration will be a birthday party for Jesus and all who attend are asked to bring a gift for Jesus, such as non-perishable food items that will be given to the Sussex Help Center later in the evening as the group goes caroling around the town. The evening will end with dessert and a visit from a special friend. Sussex United Methodist Church is located at 15 Bank Street next to the old Sussex library.
