The Lake Mohawk Golf Club Ladies Association started cooking lessons with Marc, the Club Chef, while his sous chef Andrew taped the segment for a future audition for “Master Chef.” Dainty hors d’oeuvres started the courses. Karen Lanno assisted Marc in creating a guacamole appetizer while Connie Brescia, the chair of the event, helped prepare the main course of shrimp and scallops. The meal was topped off with Chef Marc’s bananas and peach foster topped with blueberry whipped cream mixed by Donna Kaminski.
