Crafts workshop for kids

Wantage — A crafts workshop that benefits charity and offers parents and children something to do and make will be held Saturday, Dec. 10. The 18th annual Santa's Elf Workshop runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 200 Route 23. Projects cost from 50 cents to $3.75 per activity and include making Christmas ornaments, decorating "gingerbread houses” and more. Homemade soups and holiday baked goods will be for sale. Adults can join their children or visit the vendor bazaar while the kids are crafting. In case of snow, the workshop will be held Sunday, Dec. 11 from noon to 5 p.m. Santa and his elves will be on hand.
