First autumn concert features horn band

    Wantage — The Street Hassle Band will be featured at Sussex Wantage Library Amphitheatre on Sunday, Sept. 18 at 2 p.m. This is the first of four in the autumn concert series sponsored by the Spirit of the Arts Foundation. Street Hassle features a six-piece horn section and a trio of female vocalists performing classics. They have opened for John K & Steppenwolf, Molly Hatchet and Blood, Sweat & Tears. They are the house band at the legendary Stanhope House and perform for private and public events all around the area. In addition to this concert, future show dates are: Sept. 25, Oct. 9 and 15. The acts for those dates will be announced as time gets closer and are confirmed. This is a blanket seating or bring your own chair event. Refreshments will be available for sale. Recommended donations for admission are adults $10; children $5; family of five, $25; under 7 free.
