From the spooky to the silly to just plain cute, township's Halloween parade never disappoints

West Milford — Forecasters were calling for more than a foot of snow last Saturday (and they were right!) so the annual Halloween parade was moved indoors to the Hillcrest Community Center. Still, it was a festive and fun event for the children and the adults. Some costumes were very creative, some classic. Great fun was had by all as they paraded around the gym.
