Historical society offers " The Ogden House"

Sparta — The Sparta Historical Society will present "The Ogden House" at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8, in the Ambulance Building on Sparta Avenue in Sparta. The program will be led by Dan Barr, a life-long Sussex County resident and member of several local historical societies. Using facts, memorabilia, photographs and anecdotes, Barr will bring to light the story of the Ogden, Fowler, and Brooks families who lived in this landmark location.
