Let's begin the holiday season with some dancing

West Milford — The township Department of Community Services and Recreation is hosting a dance social at the West Milford Elks Lodge on Saturday, Dec. 3. Get together with friends and family for a night of dancing and socializing to kick off the holiday season. The DJ will play all of your favorite hits from the 40s through the 70s and throw in some country music too. Ken and Joann Mitzko will teach some country line dancing, while ballroom instructors Joe and Nancy Florio will teach you how to glide to the classics. Desserts, coffee and tea will be served. The cost is $10 per person. To purchase tickets, call Gail Kahler at 973-728-2871 by Monday, Nov. 28. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. and the dance goes from 7 to 10:30 p.m. The West Milford Elks Lodge is located at 1860 Union Valley Road. See you at the dance!
