Meet Alice Ozma and learn about a lifetime of reading

West Milford — Alice Ozma, author of The Reading Promise: My Father and the Books We Shared, visits the West Milford Township Library on Wednesday, July 20 from 7 to 8 p.m. Beginning when Alice was nine years old, her father made a promise to read to her every night before bed for 100 consecutive nights. The Reading Streak ended up lasting close to nine years - 3,218 nights to be exact, and ended on Ozma’s first day of college. All ages are invited to the library tent to meet the author, listen to a reading and chat with her. Copies of her book will be available for purchase and author signing.
