Miss Fredon crowned Queen of the Fair

Queen of the Fair 2013 Monica Maria Abdul-Chani. The 17 year old queen is a 2013 graduate of Pope John XXIII High School in Sparta and will attend Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. in the fall.

Miss Sparta 2013 Jacqueline Foley was the second runner-up in the Queen of the Fair Pageant. There was much fun to be had at the opening weekend at the Sussex County Fairgrounds. From August 2nd to the 4th 2013 The 2013 Queen of the Fair Pageant, amusement rides and live music were part of a variety of activities at the fair. Miss Fredon 2013 Monica Maria Abdul-Chani won the title of Queen of the Fair.
AUGUSTA — Opening weekend at the Sussex County Fairgrounds included the 2013 Queen of the Fair Pageant — which provided a royal moment for Miss Fredon, Monica Maria Abdul-Chani. Monica won the title of Queen of the Fair and took home a $500 dollars cash prize as well as the coveted crown. Miss Sparta 2013 Jacqueline Foley was second runner-up.
Abdul-Chani, 17, is a 2013 graduate of Pope John XXIII High School in Sparta and will attend Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. in the fall.
She is the daughter of veterinarians Dr. Carlos Abdul-Chani and Dr. Maria Cruz.
