Wantage — The Little Mister Wantage Pageant 2011 was held Saturday at the Wantage Municipal Building. This year there were 11 candidates for the title and the judges said it was a very close competition. Judges for the pageants were Conna Leuzzi of Montville, Sharyn Nest of Hardyston and Judith Zisa of Towaco. The young contestants were Chase Anderson, Donnie Campbell, Carson Anthony Citro, Jacey William-Dean DeGroat, Dylan D. DiPalma, Dylin Joseph Hickey, Carter Lambert, Joel Morales, Dylan James Perini, Jonah Scott Ripley and Cody Joseph Di Carlo. Mistress of Ceremonies Cindy Zajac asked each of the children a series of questions, including What is your favorite food? Hands down, everyone loves cooked broccoli without cheese with one vote each for goldfish, tacos, green beans and cantaloupe. Cody Joseph DiCarlo won the title Little Mister Wantage 2011.
