Reverend Brown students create new school logo

SPARTA-Reverend Brown students were recently asked to submit original drawings for consideration as the new logo for their school. Of the nine finalists (one student from each grade) presented with awards for their artistic ability, the artwork of Michelle Fishstein (grade 4), Ian Smith (grade 8), and Pramika Stephen (grade 2) was selected to develop the final logo. Pramika's "crest" design, Michelle's slogan, "Do You Have the Spirit?" and Ian's rendition of the Reverend Brown bear were merged to create the new logo. A rough draft of the new logo is also pictured. The final design will be available for viewing at the next Parent Guild meeting on May 17th.
