STANHOPE — Feeling "grateful" this New Year's Eve? Ring in the new year at the Stanhope House with the sounds of the Grateful Dead.
It's Touch of Grey kicking off the New Year on Dec. 31 with all the great music of the Dead. Additionally, Burning Bees and Albert Savage will be performing live in what will be a memorable night of New Year's Eve fun and mayhem.
The Stanhope House is located at 45 Main Street, Stanhope.
Touch of Grey came together in October 2014 when all its members decided they shared the same interests and passion for the music of the Grateful Dead and all the songs they covered. Its members include Eric Cohen, Bob Korec, Bob Angilello, Chris Shelly, and Josh Kates. The band is recognized as one of the region's top Grateful Dead cover bands.
Albert Savage is a band on the move. The Hunterdon County based group includes vocalist-guitarist-producer Mike Frank, guitarist Chris Rakow, bassist-vocalist Todd Lanka, percussionist-vocalist Mike O’Brien, drummer Steve Farrell, and organist-keyboardist Mike Panella. They've appeared at a number of major venues including the Sherman Theater, and are among the featured bands on an upcoming Relix Magazine sampler CD.
Tickets for the show, which includes a midnight champagne toast, are $25 in advance, $28 at the door. For more information and tickets, go to <URL destination="http://www.stanhopehousenj.com. ">www.stanhopehousenj.com.
