SCCC professor's work featured in gallery

NEWTON — Kulvinder Kaur Dhew, an adjunct professor in Fine Art at Sussex County Community College (SCCC), will be exhibiting her latest work at the New Arts Gallery in Litchfield, Connecticut, which houses works from artists around the world. The show, featuring pieces from Dhew's Suffuse collection, opened Nov. 19 and will continue until Dec. 18. Kaur Dhew, who received her Master's Degree in Painting from The Royal College of Art in London, was Head of Painting at The School of Art in New Zealand and Professor of Drawing and Painting at the University Malaysia Sarawak before joining the faculty at SCCC. She currently maintains a studio in northern New Jersey and is represented by New Arts Gallery in Litchfield, Connecticut.
