Senior citizens meet on Sept. 26
STANHOPE. Seniors are invited to the next Stanhope Borough Senior Citizens meeting at 11 a.m. on Sept. 26 at American Legion Post 278.
The Stanhope Borough Senior Citizens invite the public to Back-to-School Rural 19th Century Style with Joan Schaible on Thursday, Sept. 26, 2019 at the American Legion Post #278, 119 Route 183/206N, Stanhope. Free brown bag lunches just like Mom used to make will be provided during social hour from 11 a.m. to noon.
Bring your Medicare Card to have your blood pressure checked by Sussex County Nurse Maureen Cianci, R.N., and receive a free flu shot from Jay Panchal, PharmD of Lakeland Pharmacy.
The business meeting begins at noon. Stay after the meeting for Bingo. Visitors are welcome. Membership is open to Stanhope Borough and neighboring communities residents age 55 and over. Dues are $15/annually.
