St. Jude's to host culinary event

Hopatcong — St. Jude’s Church will host a Lake Area Culinary Event on Sunday, Aug. 14, from 3 to 8 p.m. Lake area restaurants will be coming together to offer their specialties and their stories, with food specialties, coupons and giveaways. There will also be a wine tasting. The event will feature a performance by singer/song writer “Lelica” and musical guests off Broadway singer/songwriter will be performing. Participants include: Castaways, Ron’s Landmark, Shakey Jakes, the Black Forest, O’Sullivans Woodport Restaurant, Kebob’s, Pavinci’s, Lakeside Grill, Salt Gastro Pub and the Little CakeBakehouse. Tickets are $15 and available after Masses at the Rectory or at the door on the day of the event. All proceeds benefit St. Jude’s Hopatcong and the lake/church community.
