Stanhope House's lineup includes New Riders of the Purple Sage

    Stanhope — New Riders of the Purple Sage, the psychedelic country rock band founded by members of the Grateful Dead, and other historic musicians return to the Stanhope House on Friday, Oct 15. On Thursday, Oct. 21,Shemekia Copeland will appear. She has history with the club, on its walls are pictures of her father, the late blues guitar legend, Johnny Copeland, an regular back in the day. On Saturday, Oct. 30, Ten 2 Start will perform with a costume contest with door prizes planned.
