Subway of Byram under new management

BYRAM-The Subway Restaurant located in the Byram Shop-Rite Plaza shopping center on Route 206 is under new management. Local residents Paul and Sharon Matarazzo purchased the establishment in late March. "Subway's tradition of great food and healthy menu, along with the great location attracted us to this investment," said Paul. "Now that we have taken ownership, we intend to become more involved in the community. We feel that local businesses should work together with the township, schools and recreation departments as well as supporting each other." The new owners said they plan additions to the "local favorite" part of the menu and intend to run more weekly specials and coupons. The establishment will also cater parties. Hours are from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. on Monday-Saturday and 9 a.m.-8 p.m. on Sunday.
