Tri-state Actors Theater announces internships

NEWTON — The Tri-State Actors Theater has trained hundreds of students who are interested in learning about the art of theater and performing since its first season in the summer of 1989. This summer’s Family Production is The Jungle Book, a musical. Auditions for the company are open to all and appointments are not necessary. The internship program begins July 11 with three weeks of rehearsals. Performance dates for The Jungle Book are August 3 through August 20. Interns must be available for all rehearsals and performances which will be held at the Sussex County Community College.
