U.S. Air Force band to play at Sparta Library

Sparta - The Sparta Public Library will host a free concert by the United States Air Force Band of Liberty, “New England Winds,” at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3. The woodwind quintet, from Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts, will present an evening of patriotic, Broadway, classical and contemporary music. Tickets will be available at the front desk of the library only, with a limit of two tickets per guest. Patrons are asked to arrive and be seated by 6:45 p.m. to ensure that the show begins promptly at 7 p.m.
