Used book sale at library

Vernon The Friends of the Library, Dorothy Henry Branch, will hold a used book sale on Saturday, Aug. 6, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Also on sale will be CDs and DVDs. Volunteers are needed to help set up and put away the books on Friday, Aug. 5 and Monday, Aug. 8, at 10 a.m. Donations of used books, except for text books and encyclopedias, will be accepted at the library, located at 66 Route 94, in Vernon.
