Warwick Jazz Festival is Aug. 18 to 21

WARWICK The second annual Warwick Valley Jazz Festival is scheduled for Aug. 18 to 21. This community, musician driven event, organized by Warwick resident and musician Steve Rubin, celebrates the wealth of jazz musicians in the Hudson Valley. Saxophonist Todd Williams, a Chester resident who worked with Wynton Marsalis, is among those slated to appear. Organizers added community jazz festivals are springing up as a grass roots path toward supporting this musical art form. To learn more, call 986-8690.
