Warwick Valley Chorale to host three holiday concerts

Warwick — The Warwick Valley Chorale will host its 71st annual holiday concert, entitled “Rejoicing in Song,” on three dates in December. The chorale is under the direction of Stanley Curtis, with accompanist Gail Johnson and an orchestra. The program will feature John Rutter’s “Magnificat,” “I Love Christmas”- a medley of traditional and fun holiday songs, and selections from G.F. Handel’s “Messiah.” The performances will be on: Friday, Dec. 2, 7:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Monroe, 142 Stage Road. Sunday, Dec. 11, 7:30 p.m. at the Warwick Reformed Church, 16 Maple Ave. Friday, Dec. 19, 7:30 p.m. at the Goshen United Methodist Church, 115 Main St. The concerts are free; donations, however, are accepted.
