Four people were charged after the Franklin Borough Police Department, in conjunction with the Sussex County Narcotics Task Force, executed search warrants at the site of the former Koz’s Korner Bar in Franklin on Feb. 16.
Charged with multiple counts of third-degree distribution of methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine were Vincenzo Milazzo, 34, of Branchville; Ryan Phillips, 54, of Franklin; Craig Elmore, 42, of Franklin; and Michael Kosminsky, 35, of Franklin.
Kosminsky also was charged with third-degree certain persons not to possess weapons.
The four were taken to the Morris County Correctional Facility pending appearances in Superior Court in Sussex County.
The Franklin police and the task force were assisted by the Sussex County Sheriff’s Department and the New Jersey State Police.
