ANDOVER BO This year’s recipient of the Andover Borough Senior of the Year award was Robert Mooney, Sr. Mr. Mooney is a long time resident of Andover Borough as well as business owner. He is a devoted member of the borough community has been a member of the Andover Borough Fire Dept. for over 50 years and serves as the president of the Board of Health.
