Dowd to marry Riccio

SPARTA — Chris and Mary Ann Dowd of Sparta are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Jessica to Anthony Riccio, son of David Riccio and Bernadette Campbell of Blue Bell and Quakertown, PA. Jessica is a 2008 graduate of Pope John XXIII High School and a 2013 graduate of Bloomsburg University. She is employed in the pharmaceutical service industry. Anthony is a 2012 graduate of Bloomsburg University, and now teaches at Dundee Elementary Academy in Florida. A February 2019 wedding is planned for the couple in Orlando, Florida.
