Byram's Bambach makes commander

BYRAM — United Stated Coast Guard Commander Clifford R. Bambach of Byram recently made the rank of Commander in the US Coast Guard. Bambach was recently named the Executive Officer of the Seattle Coast Guard Station on Peugeot Sound. Bambach was the 1992 Valedictorian of Lenape Valley Regional High School and graduated from the US Coast Guard Academy in May 1996 with a degree in civil engineering. He also graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champagne in 2002 with a master's degree in civil engineering.
