    Dana Marie Freeswick of Vernon has been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2011 semester at Marywood University in Scranton, Pa. Four area students have been named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at Rider University in Lawrenceville, Pa. They are: Katie Williams and Paul Calvello of Franklin; Olivia Klemm of Oak Ridge; and Nicole Halpin of Stockholm. Daniel McDougal of Lafayette has been named to the dean’s commendation list for outstanding academic achievement for spring 2011 at Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pa. Alicia Van De Weert of Sussex has been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2011 semester at Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pa. Kyle Conklin of Sussex graduated with a bachelors degree from Gettysburg College. He was also has been placed on the dean’s commendation list for outstanding academic achievement for spring 2011. Three area students have been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2011 semester at the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. They are: Michelle C. Elmuccio and Glenn A. Pirozzi of Ogdensburg; and Emily A. Mossler of Oak Ridge. Samantha J. Sihelnick of Stockholm has been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2011 semester at Western New England in Springfield, Mass. Christine Marie Krueger of Vernon has graduated from The University of Delaware, College of Education and Human Development, with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and special education as well as a minor in disabilities education. She is a member of Alpha Zee Delta. Melissa R. DiBerardino of Wantage has been named to the dean’s list for the spring 2011 semester at Stonehill College in Easton, Pa. Victor Russinko of Franklin graduated cum laude from Saint Joseph’s University Haub School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business administration marketing with a minor in business intelligence. He was elected as a member into Alpha Mu Chapter of the Alpha Iota Delta Honor Society. Five area residents were named to the dean’s list for the spring 2011 semester at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn. They are: Amanda Kell of Franklin; Rebecca Smith and Christopher Rago of Hamburg; Kellie Reidinger of Ogdensburg; and Joseph Skaleski of Lafayette. Caterina Aiello of Hamburg, a Fairfield University student, has accepted membership in The National Society of Collegiate Scholars. David Berardi, a 2007 graduate of High Point Regional High School and resident of Wantage, graduated from Ramapo College with a bachelor’s degree in engineering physics. He graduated magna cum laude and was named to the dean’s list for all semesters. He will be attending graduate school at Rutgers University in the fall, working toward a master’s degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering. David is the son of Mark and Lauren Berardi.
