    Tommy Grant of Sparta, a junior at Pope John has been accepted to and will be attending The Taft School in western Connecticut this fall. Grant will be repeating his junior year at Taft and will play varsity ice hockey as well as lacrosse. Gina Caruso of Sparta recently graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from George Washington University. She majored in Russian language and literature and will now be working in Washington, D.C. Alicia Anne Dahl of Hamburg graduated with a bachelor’s degree in global health and communication from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pa. While at Juniata, Dahl was outstanding student leader of the year for 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 and was also in Who’s Who Among American College Students. Vincent Gengaro III of Ogdensburg received his doctorate degree in physical therapy from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn. Meghan C. Lynch of Andover was recently inducted into Kappa Delta Pi, the national honor society for education at The University of Scranton in Pennsylvania. Lynch is a senior at the Jesuit university.
