Alicia Anne Dahl of Hamburg graduated with a bachelor’s degree in global health and communication from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pa. While at Juniata, Dahl was outstanding student leader of the year for 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 and was also in Who’s Who Among American College Students. Vincent Gengaro III of Ogdensburg received a doctorate degree in physical therapy from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn.
